Just watched it today. I think the movie reminds me of What Lies Beneath (Michelle Pfeiffer, Harrison Ford).
Try watching Half Light starring Demi Moore. Got several resembles.

I guess many people who are mocking about others opinions haven't watched "Don't look now" or any other movie suggested above. I'll also add "Lekin" of gulzar which i must add is one of the best bollywood movie with original content. Though both Don't look now and lekin are different from each other they've smartly plagiarised the ideas of both and put it into one script. That's why people have found Talaash confusing, in the end viewers don't get what exactly the filmmaker is trying to imply.
