When Hillary is doing her tour and redesign with her assistant all I can see besides the out dated stuff is clutter and people living in dirty houses! If they clean half their crap up they'd be surprised how much more space they have!

That's what I said.. it looks like they drag all their crap out and pile it up...especially the pnes that have all their shoes, coats, strollers, book bags all piled up right inside the front door...

Exactly.
Give me a trash bin to throw out all the garbage laying everywhere and $10,000 for painting and staging and I can make any house look like new. In fact, I could do it for $5000.
What I would love to see is, what does the house look like after three weeks when they've decided to "love it"? Why don't they do an episode or two like that?

Almost every house on this and other HGTV renovation shows is just about buried in wall-to-wall kids' toys. When I was a kid, first of all I didn't have that much crap, and second, I was encouraged to keep most of my toys in my room, and to pick them up and put them away before I went to bed. As an adult, I am glad there was that discipline when I was a child.
