Anyone else love Felix?

To preface this, let me say I love all the characters. This is one of my most fav movies. I just really fell in love with Felix though. He was such a sweetie! They could have made him kind of a prick to make Ralph more sympathetic, but they didn't go that route and it was a brilliant move. I became more invested in them saving Ralph's game because of what a nice guy Felix is. I loved his subplot, and I loved the ending he got. I want a sequel just to see more of that subplot!

Who didn't love him? I think making him into more of a prick would kind of ruin him. I quite liked Felix the way he is.

Agree. They gave the prick role to Gene, and I can't stand him. So I'm glad they made Felix very like able, and glad he got a happy ending.

Milo, I've told you again and again - please, don't walk on the chickens!

I didn't care for him.

Yes he was a nice guy, it's hard to dislike him. I'm glad they didn't go for the good/bad guy reversal idea, that had already been done with Shrek franchise.

What I love most is that he was in love with Calhoun and was able to win her over just be being himself. Calhoun saw through his adorable yet slightly silly facade and recognised that he was a man of duty, honour and bravery.

Felix was great. Even when he's trying to express anger he can't do more than explain how "cross" he feels. Felix is just too nice a guy to ever really hold anything against other people.

My interpretation of his relationship with Calhoun is that his assigned role is fixing things. Felix is so good at fixing things that he fixed a broken heart.

But Felix was a good, nice guy without being boring. He definitely had his quirks.
