I couldn't be the only one

That realized Stormy was dead right away. For a girl that talked all the dang time to all of a sudden have nothing to say. It seemed quite obvious.

I read the book so I knew, but I wasn't expecting it to happen in the movie. I was praying for a happy ending somewhere since they had already changed a lot of stuff.

reply

I knew as soon as they all burst in, before they spoke.

And he would have known as well. Yet his comments at the end suggested he didn't. Crazy.

I admit that I didn't. I realized it before the big reveal, but I figured it out late. My husband claims he knew. I'm just a hopeless, romantic, I guess, and didn't want to believe she was dead.

I didn't know, and I've just re-watched the movie for a second time after a couple of years -- and i forgot all over again and didn't know all over again!

I guess that's the upside of having stress-related memory failure -- even stuff I've seen before is brand new, lol.

I didn't realize it ..but that was partly because the gunman wasn't hitting anybody, as best I could see. I mean, what are the odds that the only person actually hit by a bullet is the girlfriend of the guy who is trying to stop him?

Same here, it felt quite obvious (Scrubs had a very similar twist). I expected there to be another twist on top of it given the "You Are Destined to Be Together Forever", but that never happen. He just let her go, which was a bit annoying as they already established earlier with the one armed guy at the tire shop that ghosts can stick around for a good while, so them continuing as usual with one being a ghost would have worked just fine.
