wish they used real swede like Skarsgård or Kinnaman instead of german-irish woman beater fassbender.
shareWhy would they use a real Swede, when it's a Norwegian character, and the story unfolds in Norway? I don't think Fassbender speaks Norwegian in the film, and seeing the cast, I doubt anyone else does either. There's a few Norwegians in the cast, and a few Swedes, but mostly English-speaking actors.
That being said, I think most descent Scandinavian actors, would be able to play a character from any of the Scandinavian countries, without too much hassle. The languages are quite similar.
Sorry my mistake i thought the characters are swedish. I mean Fassbender doesn't look like scandinavian like not at all.
