That little b!tch! Thank God I do not have a teenage daughter. What a typical little b!tch.

Dad should have yanked her out of that bed until her arse hit the ground. If she doesnt like it, he can always get rid of her through the court system.

Why put up with it? You hate me honey? Fine, get your arse out of my house and everything you 'own' belongs to me so....guess youll be walking with a small bag.

If more parents would put their foot down on these spoiled little brats, we might not have such screwed up little deviants.

It was quite heavily implied that he killed her mum and possibly touched her up a bit. I think she had a right to be upset.

Yeah, there're problems in taking her words at face value: she's a teenager, so she's emotionally-driven; her Mom died, and she's blaming her father for that death...which may be so, but people who lose loved ones will often look for a cause even when it's disease that's the actual cause of death; and as for the touching...I've heard of kids who fling those accusation just to hurt their parents, with no actual history of being molested.

Teenagers are not children. Why, exactly, did she have to get out of bed on a Saturday morning? I understand the principle of "my house, my rules", but there's such a thing as being reasonable, and it's not like there are a lot of alternatives for minors outside of the home. I understand that their relationship was strained, and they were both under a lot of stress, but the dad came off like a control-freak, and he had no business ordering around his daughter to that extent.

I agree + everyone would want to stay in bed on a Saturday morning, I mean it's not like it's a school day or anything + the weekend is pretty much the time they have to be free as well as holidays

Tbh I thought the father was being a dick. Like yeah the daughter is a teenager, but it doesn't mean the father should go and have a go at her just because she wanted to have a lie in on a Saturday. I mean it's a Saturday so you would want to have a lie in on the weekend + who goes around touching her own daughter like that. The father should know that if she tells someone about that he could get his kids took off him. I don't blame him for trying to be helpful, but him acting like that makes him unfit to be a father + he has guests in his home as well and if they witness what he was doing, then they could call the police or something on him.

Yeah, she needed some discipline. Ignoring the father when he asked her something. Using profanity. Etc.
