Doesn't the plot of this movie sound a little like the Matthew Broderick / Danny DeVito movie "Deck The Halls" that came out a few years ago? Or am I the only one who thinks this?

Similar but in deck the halls they dont have a light competition. I can relate to some of the stuff from battle of the bulbs so it made me laugh a couple times. Both movies are fun to watch this time of the year.

Yes but it is possibly closer to the British TV movie "Christmas Lights".

Yeah only I prefer this one to deck the halls... Which is strange because I live Danny Devito and prefer Deck the halls casting over battle of the bulbs.
