Can someone please
Spoil the end for me?
shareSam dies and stays dead. She realizes the car accident that happened was because the girl that her and her friends bullied, Juliet, ran into the middle of the road to commit suicide. She stops her from doing this and gets hit by the car herself. Juliet lives. She was reliving the same day not to save herself, but to save Juliet. And with this action of saving Juliet's life, she has redeemed herself for the things that her and friends did to Juliet and can finally move on from the time loop.
shareShe can't just apologize?
shareWell, she's already dead so no. She tries to make amends in other ways and everytime, nothing stops the day from repeating and she finally understand that a death has to happen, regardless.
sharewhy does she have to be the one saving juliet though? It wasn't her who was mean to her, it was her friend Ashley. Ashley gets to get away with it and Sam dies because of her? It didn't make much sense. Instead of spending the day flirting with that bland guy, she should have just went to talk to Juliet in the art room and become her friend, and avoid any of them dying.

No, they didn't.
shareNo, they didn't.
It looked more after Juliet was saved that
Sam had a near or one minute death experience and then as redemption for her bravery and successful saving of Juliet she came back to life and Juliet as well
thus ending the loop and Sam, as the film
blacks out to the credits
leaves to go on with her life.
