I like this movie....no one thinks in the same way?

Yeah...I know the movie is quite different from the original, and nearly none of actors are portugese. But, as a spectaculor, I really enjoyed watching this movie. (6.8 is too LOW for me) Anyone also fancy this movie?

I enjoyed this movie very much. I like that it was a love story told in an intriguing unfolding of historical events, and also because of the lovely location in Portugal. Not to mention that the acting was good, too.

Love it, Bruno Ganz was exceptional,
Lisbon is my favourite city in Europe

No, it was a dreadful mess.

I enjoyed the movie very much, and gave it eight stars. Lots of top-notch European actors in it, and they do a marvelous job. But one thing puzzles me: I saw a German language version of the movie, then later an English language version, and I'm sure neither was dubbed. Did they release the same movie with two different spoken languages?

reply

I believe (not certain) the film was released in four different spoken languages. Portuguese, Dutch, German and English.
