Luis Elizondo + Pentagon Disclosure Double Bluff?

Seems plausible that the Pentagon just went through the motions of appearing to discredit Elizondo when he came forward with the information that he did so that the 'appearance' of discrediting him would distract from him also framing UFO's overall as a "threat".

After all, viewing UFO's as a "threat" is exactly how the Pentagon wants everyone to view the subject, so having that be the overall viewpoint would subsequently benefit the Pentagon and take the discussion of unfettered military "defense" spending right back to where it's always been.

Some UFO's may indeed be a threat, but the fact remains, that's the ONLY way the U.S. Defense Dept wants ALL UFO's viewed, and so it seems, does "discredited" ex-Pentagon employee Luis Elizondo too.

If UFOs were real they would be a threat. That would mean Hitler really has a base on the far side of the moon!

In your opinion anyway. But thank you for providing an example of your apparent If/Then brand of "logic".
