Basically another retelling of the second half of the Left Behind (2000) movie

For some reason, before watching, I thought this film finally was to move the Left Behind story forward, into Books 3 and 4 of the series, instead the film turned out to be just yet another version of the first book/film especially in the second half.

The film was okay, but it sure would be nice to see more than the first book covered in these films. There is so much that happens in the 7 year Tribulation Period, why only cover the first few months of it over and over again over the span of 23 years in film?
