''Before Gillies storms off, those male actors seem to be trying to restore brevity in an uncomfortable situation. Which can be observed whenever you have an awkward silence amongst a group of people. Grande's behavior seems rather strange, almost purposely childish or 'cute' which can sometimes be observed when a women shows interest in an individual.(its possible she does this for the camera) Gillies' behavior is the one that stands out the most.
