shareI disagree. The movie lays it out in fairly simple terms and metaphors. Sometimes too simple. But, I believe it remains a great primer for the mainstream public into understanding the housing crisis.

shareThe funny thing is though that the filmmakers tried to simplify it as much as they could, to the point of including fourth-wall-breaking celebrity cameos.
It was as if I was watching someone's attempt at a "total idiot's guide to financial crisis".
The terms were still confusing. That said, I understood the point most of the time, which is a good result and started to understand better when seeing the film a second time.
A tremendous film.
