I really enjoyed this film and was impressed with Jason Segal's understated but very touching performance.

Me too, saw it again last night, it's even better on second viewing.

I just saw it. Jason Segal does such a nice job.

I think it was one of the weakest things the Duplass Brothers have done. Still, it was OK.

Where do you get "underrated" from? I don't see any reviews giving it less that 4 stars or 80 %. Sorry, but I hate seeing that word used casually and in error.
