Many to choose from. But if you had to get someone to really laugh or get hooked to this show based on a scene and not a whole episode, what scene would you choose? (If you can't choose just one scene, I'll take multiple suggestions.)

Your Couples Friends & Neighbors
Penny has arranged a surprise double date at a wine bar for her and Alex, who hasn't dated since she left Dave at the altar. Penny hasn't told Alex yet about the double date.
Penny: "It's been a while since you and Dave split up. I mean, maybe you should think about dating again."
Alex: "I don't think I'm ready yet."
Penny sees the two guys come in with whom she arranged the double date, and becomes more urgent in her insistence that Alex should date again - before the guys can spot Penny and come over to the table.
Penny: "Are you sure because I feel like tonight would be the perfect night for you to get back out there, like NOW!"
Alex: "Oh, I don't think so."
Penny: "Okay, well what if you were like, stuck in a trap, in the woods, and a cougar was trying to eat you. Would you date then?"
Alex: "That's insane! Why would that even happen?"
Penny looks up and one of the guys waves to her.
Penny: "I don't know forget that 'cause maybe you dad is head of some elite counter-terrorist unit and he only has twenty-four hours to I DON'T KNOW! But the point is, would you date??"
Alex: "I guess."
Penny: "I knew it!"
At that the point the guy who waved a Penny is at the table and says hi.
What makes this hilarious is that Elisha Cuthbert (Alex) played Kim Bauer on 24, and in the first season had her foot caught in a trap in the woods and there was a cougar who would've eaten her had she not been rescued. And of course Kim's father was Jack Bauer, who worked for an elite counter-terrorist unit and the show followed his 24-hour missions.

On S3 and I died laughing in the epi when Max goes to Dave's hair dude and they walk in the bar looking like each other and doing the hair toss. Same episode, in the bar when Jayne and Alex get in to a fight so the guys are pulling them away from each other, Jayne yells "You're adopted!!!!" then Alex yells back, "YOU WERE BORN A MAN!!!"

So many to choose from. Many of my favorites already mentioned. But I love in The Shershow Redemption when Derrick arrives at the wedding as Penny's fiancé and launches into the Danny Zucko impression. I laughed so hard when I first saw that.
