Pulled from a theater because of a trans complaint

The film was pulled from The Music Box in Chicago in 2022 after a trans director tweeted that it “reeks of violence” because it features a male character who pretends to be trans to find work.

So I guess only trans folks are allowed to pretend to be someone else?
