Enough with these 'it was canceled cuz they're black' threads!

Seriously. These threads have gotten very annoying plus it's far from the reason this show got cancelled.

It boils down to bad writing...that's it. It has nothing to do with race and as I white person I can say this. The main character's race does not determine the success of a TV show. It boils down to writing and keeping the viewers interests. I mean these characters never even acted black on the show so I dont see how that even became a factor.

This show was cancelled because they were biracial, not black. In order to be considered black you have to be from two black parents, not just one. It's like calling yourself white and one of your parents is Hispanic, or Asian.

Bottomline however is this ...this show as bad, and having non-white leads didn't help its cause any. White America only wants to see itself in lead roles, not minorities ...thus Lily White TV.

So sad.
