Many peoples eat almost no vegetables nor fruits and YET are healthy

Best (extreme) example are the Masai:

Care to riddle me this, vegan Batman?

Even the (very few) criticism of the Masai and Inuit can only say "well, it's more complicated than that" but can't actually refute the fact that they are doing just fine, and have been for centuries (and have only shown bad health as they have altered their ancestral diets)

According to this MOCKUMENTARY, they should be all dead or dying of cancer and heart disease, they they are not...

they also aren't eating factory farmed meat and dairy, and are consuming meat and dairy in moderation, no super size meals or Vegas buffets. whole foods plant based eating, which is not the same as vegan eating, is optimal for humans. and animals and planet, but that's another discussion

Well you're pushing the Michael Pollen line (meat is not the problem, it's what's in it thanks to industrial production), which I agree with 100%.

The Masai for example breed and feed their goats grass, thus ensuring whatever they don't get from plants and fruits they get it through the goats, and that their goats are healthy. That's how you can have such a diet and thrive.

But this mockumentary is not saying that, it's saying all animal protein is inherently bad (never mind animal meat). It's pushing the 100% vegan line, which is 100% BS.

And as for overeating, that applies to any diet and food, not just meat and dairy. You CAN overeat veggies and fruits also you know. Heck even water (too much of it and your blood will thin out in your veins, google it I kid you not).
