Did anyone else feel absolutely no remorse for The Character Rose?

When she was in the hospital after having her baby, you were CLEARLY so post to feel awfull for her...with the pain, and the tearing & the premature birth...blah, blah...

but...REALLY!?

Did lifetime REALLY think we'd feel bad for the charater who had been smoking throughout her entire pregnacy???

Feel bad for the baby, YES!

It is difficult to feel too much sympathy for any of the girls, not because of the pact, but because they were seen smoking and using alcohol in their pregnancy. They were seen doing everything that would jeopardize their babies - except using drugs, which in real life I'm sure many of them would be doing that too. One would only wonder how many of these babies would end up in the emergency unit or having birth defects.
