The congregation sang the Cat Stevens (Yusuf Islam) song Morning Has Broken in church. Is that typically sung in a church?

I have a lot of Cat Stevens’s records so I definitely noticed it. I was not aware of the song’s history though until I saw the Wikipedia paste in this thread. I went there for more info. Very interesting.
