Something the Walking Dead Needs Is Better Writers

Ladies and Gentleman, let's get ready to ruuuuummmmble!!!!! Presenting the main event of the evening. AMC and the King of Bum Steers, No-Wiser, presents "Something They Need," the latest installment of THE WALKING DEAD! In this corner, Filler Material! Ludicrously overextended, repetitive and tedious scenes that add little more than running-time to the proceedings. And its opponent in the red corner, Idiot Plot Syndrome! Stories that are dependent upon every character behaving like a complete imbecile and that reduce the proceedings to clueless half-wits randomly crashing into one another without real rhyme or reason! Which of TWD's deadly faults will dominate? Refereeing tonight's event, in this, his 93rd TWD article, J. Riddle!

After the cold opening, Filler came out slugging...

There WAS a shitload of filler in this penultimate episode of the season...but in its defense, I will say a couple of things...

> At least the writers (or whichever hack wrote this week's episode) finally remembered that character/group sub-plots can be intercut within the SAME episode.

> During Sasha's imprisonment, at least she (along with us, the audience) weren't subjected to having to listen that goddamned "Easy Street" song again.

> Tara had a significant role in the episode, which gives me hope her character will bite the dust soon.

Its terrible! What has happened to this show?

I said to my Mrs tonight that it needs many more random weird moments that shock you! For example, the ship that the walkers came from, i wouldn't have minded if they spent half an episode getting to know the old crew and how that ship came to its demise!

That way then you would feel something when the walkers who you saw as living breathing humans walk through to Rick and co.

The Walking Dead is also scared of offending SJWs! The world is getting soft and the walking dead is fine with that! Look around! The liberal world love the show! Its never been bigger!

I feel im in the twilight zone sometimes! And the fact that many cant see whats happening is scary! More scary that this terrible show that not so long ago was my favorite.
