Is this movie almost like a 2011 Serbian version of "The Keep" (1983) but for the 90s Bosnian war?

Does this movie have similarities with that one or even say other (USUALLY WW2 horror) including the likes of "The Bunker" (2001), Deathwatch (2002), "Outpost" (2008) and others?

But more like Michael Mann's "The Keep" (1983) but during the 90s Bosnian war, right?
