I bet SJWs can't wait for the "sequel" series, The Turdpile Fallsflat, where AMC will no doubt "reimagine" Akasha as a "Non-Binary Genderqueer Latinx of color", Enkil as a devout American Muslim being oppressed by Christians, and Lestat's mother Gabrielle as a 1970s black power woman's lib activist with an afro, who has Lestat as a result of a botched illegal abortion.
SJWs will then claim Anne Rice gave her blessing for all the changes that crap all over the source material (just like how she somehow magically "approved" of Encounter with a Turd Pile from beyond the grave)
