Nadine Labaki was a true standout for me

Her segment was the best one in the film for me. It was sweet, funny and actually had some kind of conclusion, which lacked in most of the other shorts. Props to the clever writing and also the casting of CauĆ£ Antunes. He was amazing! I was very impressed with Nadine's work and eager to see more of her.

Completely agree. That boy, pure talent. I wonder what he's been doing after this movie. I also loved "Pas de Deux", that choreography and tension was lovely. "Acho que Estou Apaixonado" was really amusing and "Texas" was quite solid for a short. I think I'd actually like to see a movie about that story.
The others segments were mostly forgettable. "A Musa" could've been played by anyone other than Cassel and it wouldn't matter(I do know about Vincent's love for Rio, so there's that). The first sand sculpture and some shots were beautiful and entertaining, but that was about it, it felt quite silly. But it wasn't as bad as "O Vampiro do Rio", this was the worst.

I loved the little kid by the phone.
