Cuban is a tool.

My wife and I have just started watching this, and I've noticed that when Cuban is not interested in a business, he lays back and tries to torpedo the other sharks - often telling the owners to stand their ground, not give away equity, and then applauds them when they walk away from a deal with another shark.

But - when he's interested, he asks for the world from them and often telling the owners that if they even *listen* to another offer, he'll withdraw.
