You'll probably instantly think Mitchell, but I don't entirely agree. Cameron definitely has a more feminine personality and mannerisms, but I think he also has manlier interests and hobbies. Cameron likes things like football and beer, whereas Mitchell likes things like musicals and figure skating.

I think Mitch is more predictable. He's not the more effeminate one but he also doesn't have the capabilities that Cam has to fit in with boys' clubs. I don't like watching football but I would probably want to be friends with Cam in real life if I had to pick one because he has more of an interest in things that straight people are interest in, if that makes any sense
I think it depends. We are obviously speaking of manly in the traditional sense of the word- the man who watches sports, earns the living, is more reserved with emotions, etc.
Mitchell is more reserved, the bread winner, and dresses more masculinely, and has more traditionally masculine mannerisms.
Cameron is more outdoorsy, sports oriented, and was the one who stood up to the bully in the gas station (even though he was dressed as Fizzbo at the time).
They both embody the word in different ways.
