Worst movie our family has ever seen...

Our family just watched this movie and for once we all agree on a movie. This is the worst movie any of us has ever seen. It's convoluted and just plain stupid. All in all, a huge waste of time... Kathy W.

I agree this was pretty awful--there was some good acting, particularly by the lead actress, but the rest was just dreadful [ the druggy mother, Luke, etc.], The plot was hard to follow ,and it was implausible anyway. I liked Dr. Patel but he was never heard from again.

So right! This is the worst movie I have ever seen. I can't believe I wasted 2 hours of my life watching it.

I have to agree with you--this movie was really, really bad. I kept watching it because I thought it would eventually get better but, no, it never did. I mean, hello, just how many scenes do we need with the title character running with her hair flowing behind her. And this bit with the bad guy being her brother--how likely is it that someone who supposedly spent 20 years in a Mexican prison comes out looking like he's 30 years old? Just an absolutely ridiculous movie.

The scene where she finds her boyfriend stabbed seemed strange. She would put off dialing 911 to listen to her. Wouldn't a person dial first and then try and listen?

It did get involved. And I was wondering what was happening with the characters at times. But I didn't find it irritating. More like intriguing.

It starts out with promise, but becomes so contrived and complicated, it’s eye-rolling. The locations (Vancouver area) are good, there’s a lot of chase action, and Rachelle is an attractive protagonist (who wears the same purple pants for practically the entire runtime). Otherwise, this is a letdown due to laughable scriptwriting.
