Season finale prediction (spoilers)

Clement has been very close to jail this entire show only to avoid at the last minute. For that reason I'm thinking him getting killed by anyone would be like him winning again by not going to jail. I'd like to see Raylan get him by the book and put him away for life.

That being said, Clement is a menace so if he gets killed I won't complain, just think jail makes the most sense from a writing perspective.
