rewatching finale, thoughts
When Dexter and Harrison met at the end, Dexter told Harrison to leave the truck. Makes sense to leave the truck, but I wonder what Dexter's plan was from there? Logan's car wouldn't be good, neither would on foot.
And the flashbacks of everyone. Lundy didn't really make sense. When Lundy was killed, it was by Christine, on Trinity's orders, and I don't think Dexter even knew who Trinity was at that point. Lundy isn't on him. However, Cassie and Evelyn could've been included, and maybe Brian for good measure.
Harrison's conversation with Angela at the end. I feel like it had two purposes. Harrison offering to be cuffed showed a supplication that Dexter couldn't muster. And Angela hugging him was sweet. He has gotten and will get far too few motherly hugs. However, her showing up right then is unlikely. Almost would've been more effective for Harrison to leave of his own accord, and Angela show up a bit later. Would she still have staged it to look like her? Because there'd be obligatory ballistics, which would show her gun didn't kill Dexter. She should've said she killed him with his own rifle and staged a scene of a struggle. Would've shown her more so as wanting credit.
