plot hole: Beavis and Butt-head were in 2011, they couldn't have "skipped" from '98 to 2022!

Doesn't anyone remember season 8? Especially Mike Judge.

They COULD have gotten around that if season 8 was set in the late 90s and just picked up where season 7 left off, but it clearly WASN'T, it showed us Beavis and Butt-head experiencing the contemporary culture of 2011... laughing at Jersey Shore chips, being "inspired" to try and become werewolves because they heard about the Twilight movies, etc.

So is season 8 just non-canon now? Weird. I LIKED season 8!

The movie explains that are multiple universes, it could be argued that they were from another universe. In seasons 9 and 10 we get both teenage episodes and old Beavis And Butthead episodes.

The real plot hole is season 8 is why they aren’t in their 30s
