Have you watched the Criminal series? Also, how about Unforgotten and Line of Duty?

One thing you have to say about those in the UK - I don't think others beat how the British are able to create these complex stories with many characters that seem to be all over the place at the start and then later all converge at the same point by the end of the program.

Also, check out Black Butterflies from France. I simply can't believe the lack of attention it is getting. Those French are some pretty dark creators.
