Annoying

Chip is like one of those kids who continually disrupts the class, until everybody's sick and tired of it and they shoot him with a tranquilizer dart. Except he's a middle-aged man, which makes it even less attractive. His idiot antics, interruptions, and failed attempts at humor bog the show down and sometimes make it nearly unwatchable. It would be a lot better if he would dial it down about 80 percent.
