So did Judd end up with Penny or was that just a way out for him? I didn't feel any chemistry between them tbh

It seemed pretty obvious in the book that he was going to get back together with Quinn. In fact, I think Penny refused to talk to him after finding out that he didn't tell her Quinn was both in town and pregnant.

I thought they had great chemistry, and YES they ended up together. He wanted to let the child be born too and take baby steps (no pun intended) towards them reconciling.

Even though Abigail Spencer is absolutely smoking hot, fucking his boss for over a year was unforgiveable.
