Seems like Hill was going for that but he wanted to put his own nerdboy fantasy spin on it. While that movie was a hit, this was $h!t. Hill is out to ruin all of our great movie and pop culture memories. (21 Jump Street R.I.P.)

I thought the same thing. I was a teenager when Adventures in Babysitting came out. I just got done watching this and I liked it as much as the original. It has a 21st century twist -- nothing more. Actually, I think I liked it more and I am in my 40s now. The ending was my favorite.

I kept thinking this through the entire movie....It's not an exact remake, but kind of follows a very similar plot.

Was going to say it would have been better without most of the language and bj reference at the beginning. But take all of that out and you won't have enough material left to make an infomercial!!!

Iould say it's a very 'R' rated version of Adventures in Babysitting...
