Surprise ending for me

Only Zombieland and Shaun of the Dead come to mind when it comes to zombie movies that ever had happy endings. I guess the tone of the movie kind of alluded to the fact that it would end on a good note, but I was still pleasantly surprised.

I dunno how I heard about this movie, but got around to viewing it and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Not being British, a lot of the Cockney slang and regional humor was lost on me ("Northern monkeys" and whatever jokes there may have been about the "east end"), but I'm glad the writers helped to clue in the audience about the rhyme and meaning behind some of the jokes. I opened up a Cockney rhyming slang dictionary, but couldn't keep up.

Gore was good, the pace was good, the humor was well placed and I even liked the soundtrack.
