I even offered to buy him a puppy.

shareGuys, OP here. Its been 2 and half years since the movie. Still no doctor visits. I bought him a puppy but he killed it. Social services came but he killed them too. All he does these days is sit alone in his room picking the legs off insects. I'm thinking of buying him a kitten now might work?
