Pretty well-made movie. Dunno why no one talked about it...

I'm honestly surprised I could stand the accents :-P
But the movie takes you through the emotional gamut, giving you an interesting perspective on all of the characters. Even Mully's dad you could feel some sympathy for. Not a lot, because he ultimately abandoned his son for the sake of money. But it was clear to me how much the death of the matriarch of the family had a ripple effect throughout both of their lives... One just found a healthy way forward and the other didn't.
Highly recommend this movie.

The title sounds too similar to that Walker/Zahn/Sobieski flick from The early 2000s

So what? There's so many movies with similar titles these days... It's just how Hollywood works... *shrugs*
At least it's not a direct remake or sequel like most of the garbage they put out these days...
