This is HORROR!

Thought this was going to be B, right...thats the trick. Then, this flick brings it and scared the sugar out of me!

Subtitles? None made it more real and incredibily creepy.

I agree!! I don't get the low rating and all the bashing, I thought it was great. Suspenseful, and creepy as f-ck. Pretty good plot too

I was pleasantly suprised. Sure it's horror and it's hard to pack good, effective surprises in. My reward for hanging in there through the more cliche tricks early in the film came when the resolution started to take shape. The only thing I would have changed was to get rid of the epilogue scene and roll the credits as the camera pulled away from Carmen lying on the farmhouse floor.

Just watched it. It was actually pretty good. Much better than anything in theaters lately.

Watched on Netflix as a last resort. I have no respect for recent horror movies.

And the beginning of this one had me thinking it'd be like the rest. Pleasantly surprised! Very creepy and it just got better as it went on.

Surprisingly fun movie. It gave me the impression of an old Tales From the Crypt episode, where arrogant, unlikeable characters do continuously stupid things and bad things happen.

Story was good, all else failed. Not scary at all. Creature effects was summin from Jim Henson lol.

Pity, this story in right hands coulda made a classic.

I liked the refreshing political incorrectness of the story. The "empowered" girl ended up needing to be rescued by a male. And there was no "last girl" trope used for the movie.

Oh yeah, most definitely. Creepy AF, very uncomfortable to watch (in the good, horror sense). The non subtitles only increased the terror. I judge a film on how much I think about it for days after. The scene with the mask thing (you know the scene) BOTHERED me long after the movie ended. Horrifying!
