Opening scene

I haven't really followed this series... remember watching the first one which I liked... the second one felt like more of the same... then I skipped whatever was in between... saw this one on Netflix... I'm barely 10 minutes in.

But the opening scene of Red Door takes places around the events of the 1st movie... is this a repeat scene from the previous movies (something we've already seen being used again), is it a deleted scene that is being repurposed for this film or CGI deaging? If it was CGI its amazing.
