IMdB reviews are hilarious!

I recently binged this, not hard, only 2.5 hours. I LOVED it. Had no idea what I was about to watch so I was taking it seriously for like ten minutes and then I started "getting it".

The negative IMdB reviews are so funny. They clearly didn't get that this was a parody of all Netflix's bad thriller movies that we watched during Covid.

The series was hilarious, unexpected, and a quick watch. To critique it for plot holes or implausible situations would be like writing a review about the movie Airplane and saying it wasn't funny because it was so unrealistic, I mean a blow up doll can't be an automatic pilot!!! It's scary that some can't see this series for the fun and funny story it was.

I think they needed to turn the parody dial up one notch.

It took me a little while (I guess the title should have given it away) to realise what I was watching after randomly choosing it one night on Netflix.

But that to me was the fun part. I didn't know what I was about to watch, but after several minutes I started tuning in on the dark humor (which I love). And Kristin Bell was playing her part so earnestly that if you didn't notice all the absurd things she did or saw you'd think it was serious. I loved it.
