As I've mentioned before, Grant is turning in what's widely being considered to be one of the most definitive portrayals of The Flash/Barry Allen.
To the point where people got angry that he wasn't cast in the DCEU movies. He did write a really nice open letter defending Ezra Miller.
Apparently Supergirl's ratings have improved since the move to The CW. Which makes sense; they have the built-in audience with people who watch Arrow, The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow.
The four night crossover also enjoyed huge ratings. Though I don't know why they counted Supergirl to be a part of it considering that Barry and Cisco didn't show up until the last 30 seconds of the episode.

The crossover definitely helped Supergirl. Hopefully they tricked enough people into watching and liking the show.

shareTo be honest I think they're all doing pretty well considering they would have difficulty from getting up under glee and being typecast.
Melissa has her show, so does Grant. Lea's doing well...just wish she would leave Ryan Murphy alone and bet on her talent like she did before. Dianna's has been in films. Chris has his books. Heather has some films coming up. Naya had her book and a film coming out I think. Amber is on Broadway in London and doing really well. Harry is doing well on his television show and he's been in films. Chord has his music. Jenna was on Broadway as well. Matthew has also been on Broadway.
The only one who really is doing bad right now and deservedly so is Mark.

Agreed about Lea. For someone who claims to be so ambitious, sticking with Ryan Murphy seems kind of lazy and "safe." I'm not saying she shouldn't ever work with again, but I'd like to see her branch out.

Though considering that those movies look like they're shaping up to be one huge $hit-show, it looks like he dodged a bullet there.
I get what the OP was asking, but in reality, for the most part all of them are doing pretty well for themselves and that's nothing to sneeze at.
I think true fans of Glee wants them all to be successful in whatever career choice they make and I believe they are doing it.
