The camera (spoiler)

I can understand the cameras in the prison room, in Joe's place, in Marie's place...but how the HELL did Adrian know Joe and Marie were going to go to the out of the way hole in the wall hotel and put a camera in there to watch them? Maybe Joe's phone and they tracked it or what, but they went there, got the room and then had sex, how did Adrian or anyone have enough time to rig the room?
