I didn't think it was very good, but another one is "The Haunting of Molly Hartley".

I know this is a reply long in coming, but I just watched a good old movie called To The Devil A Daughter. Very similar, and kept a good pace for me.

The Rite - Anthony Hopkins

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned it - I scanned all previous posts & didn't see it mentioned - but i'm very tired - so apologies if it's already been mentioned.

I also really enjoyed The 9th Gate with Johnny Depp...as others have said.

The Possession of David O'Reilly- The best ending to any of the occult films like these, that I've seen so far.

Paranormal Activity

Apartment 143

Paranormal Entity- A deliberate 'takeoff' of "PA", with a so-so ending, but the film itself is great. I watch it often.

Case 39

"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
"Didn't he discover America?"
"Penfold, shush."

Kill List. Without a doubt one of the best films I have seen all year. Needed the subtitles though since the Australian accents were a bit tough to decipher. Check it out.

I would add:

Sinister

Possessed with Jeffrey Dean Morgan

The Craft(sorta)
Exorcism of Emily Rose
The Amityville Horror
Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2
Insidious(in a different way)

Found Footage Horror:

Paranormal Activity 1-4
The Blair Witch Project
Open Water(minus the demons)
The Devil Inside
Grave Encounters(don't watch Grave Encounters 2)
Apartment 143
Atrocious(its in Spanish so if you don't mind subtitles)

Based on your list, you have the same tastes as me. A lot of the suggestions I've seen don't quite match the tone of The Last Exorcism, which is what I loved about it. Considering you also liked REC, The Blair Witch Project, Paranormal Activity, and Rosemary's Baby, (love all of those, myself) you should check out Seventh Moon. It was directed by the same guy who directed The Blair Witch Project. It's about a newly wed couple who are honeymooning in China and they get lost in the country backroads one night and encounter some pretty creepy stuff. I confess the ending and third act could have been bette, but the rest of the movie is superb. Check it out. This one is right up your alley if you like those movies I listed above.

The Descent is also fantastic, if you haven't seen it yet. Something all these movies have in common are their subtle buildup of suspense, the use of special effects (keeping CGI to a minimum and using mostly practical effects), believable performances, and a conservative cinematography that keeps the atmosphere grounded.
