It was , quite possibly the worst movie I have ever seen. Loud, obnoxious, frenetic and completely devoid of charm. The human characters were unlikeable, the aliens ( from a Sci Fi art direction POV ) were unattractive and poorly thought out. A true waste of time and $150 million dollars.
The only good thing about it tanking is in the fact that Disney won't be touching Yellow Submarine.Could you imagine a disney touch to the Beatles? Yikes!

This is why it tanked, a bunch of buttloving beatles fanatics heard about them scrapping yellow submarine for this and threw a fit smearing the hell out of it. I thought it was a good movie, anyone who didn't like it is probably one of the forementioned buttloving beatles fanatics or someone who just, doesn't like CGI movies.

I just saw it for the first time. I really wanted that Gribble character to die. Lol! He annoyed the *beep* out of me. The graphics were good but the movie could have been so much better.I'd give it a 4 stars.
