Directly following this, Anna Paquin looking over and the whip pan to the bosses sitting at the table discussing killing Hoffa. Chilling, it is easily the best shot in the movie. Scorsese really is a genius.

What are some of your favorite parts?

I love the opening tracking shot and the song In the Still of the Night, and especially when it ends on De Niro’s face.

Also love the entire Kennedy/Honky Tonk Pt 2 sequence and the Colombo/Gallo hits to Sleepwalk.

That tracking shot has to be the best of Scorsese's career.

I love the entire movie, except for the shop scene with Frank beating up the clerk, which was rough to watch due to DeNiro’s age and body movements, but what I really enjoyed was the one scene with Pacino and Pesci! It was awesome to finally see these two legends share the screen, and it was a great scene, especially with Hoffa complaining about showing up to a meeting wearing shorts. 😂
