Dirty Harry - Clint back chasing homicidal maniacs in 1970s San Fran

Indiana Jones - 1980s era Harrison Ford returns as Indy in the 5th movie set in the 1930s

Star Trek - William Shatner is back as Captain Kirk in Star Trek VII (set shortly after Star Trek VI/before Generations) also starring deaged George Takei and Walter Koenig. with CG resurrected cameos from Nimoy/Kelly. (also showing all new flashback scenes set in the original series and previous movies eras)

BTTF - Part IV set in the 1990s. deaged MJF as early 30s Marty with Christopher Lloyd as he is now (no need for CG)

Aliens - Sigourney Weaver and Michael Biehn deaged to their 1988 ages to redo Alien3

Terminator - the really real 'true' T3 with deaged Arnold, Linda Hamilton, Robert Patrick, Ed Furlong, Michael Biehn. set in 1997/2029. Directed by James Cameron.

James Bond - Sean Connery comes out of retirement as 40y old Bond set in early 1970s (followed by a 1980s Bond film with CG resurrected Roger Moore. a 1990s film with deaged Dalton. a 2000s film with deaged Brosnan)

Superman - Christopher Reeve is back (via Brandon Routh with CG dot markers on face) for the 5th film in the series set in the 1990s . also starring an out of retirement CG deaged 1990s Gene Hackman

Elvis - a CG biopic featuring a CG resurrection of The King at various points

Yeah, the options are limitless. However, the costs were pretty high. I’m convinced that at some point there won’t be a need for actors at all anymore.
