This was just evil.

Back in the day, when I was a huge Viva La Bam / Jackass fan (which I still kind of am by the way), I thought this was funny. But watching it now, at age 24, and especially considering what's become of Bam Margera...I don't think it's funny at all. In fact, its just downright painful and cringe-worthy to watch. I feel ashamed of myself for ever thinking this was funny.

First off, Bam is drunk and drugged out of his mind the entire movie. Everything he does is pointless, crazy, unfunny, and ridiculous. The crew he's with are just a bunch of yes-men, and are super annoying. And what bothered me more than anything, was watching Bam pick on Novak the entire time. I mean, seriously, that was just hard to watch. If Bam wouldn't have picked on Novak so relentlessly, than I'd probably view this movie differently. He was such a bully. But his behavior towards Novak was just wrong, sadistic, and completely uncalled for. And plus, it doesn't help to know that Novak was struggling with heroin addiction the entire time. There's a scene where Novak is in the restroom, trying to take a dump, but he can't because he's so constipated from heroin. I know what heroin addiction looks like. There's nothing funny about it.

There are many other things I could point out, but I'd rather not. Don't get me wrong, I really liked Viva La Bam, and I'm not saying that I hate Bam Margera. I'm just saying that I really didn't like this movie.
