Girl Sean Parker slept with was the worst....

I don't know why this irked me so much, but that broad was the absolute worst... First she gets all indignant when she wakes up Sean and he pretends not to know her name and yet, she has no idea who he is or what he does. And then when he tells her he's not student and Dosent have a job she gets a total look of " oh no, what have I done" and then she immediately gets all excited when she finds out that he's someone who has a bit of notoriety.... I'm not sure if this was put in the story to make her look like less of a tramp or if it was purposely done to make her look like a tramp with her hypocritical view towards casual sex. Either way, she's the worst female screen charcter since the fat bitch from "the practice"

Better be careful what you say about her, or her daddy will feed you to his pet alligator that he keeps on his boat in Miami....

Most, if not all, the women in this film were annoying. In addition to the girl the OP was referring to, you also had the crazy girlfriend, the snooty lawyer, all the underage teenage sluts Parker hung out with, the legal assistant who needed everything spelt out for her and of course the girl from the beginning who condescendingly calls facebook a "video game" yet joins it herself.

All the females were horribly written aside from Erica and if I was her, I would react the exact same way. (And I'm a guy)

That's a lot of women with problems in your eyes.

I think the problem is more between you and women in general. Are there any examples of women you admire?

reply

We don't know who her father was nor was her character developed. And there was no alligator scene in this movie

She played it very well and fincher told her she gave more than he could have asked from her.

I've seen women rob, murder and torture people in many movies yet THIS character is the "worst" to you?

Can you explain why? Is it something personal? Based on personal experience maybe?

reply

I think we're so used to seeing women portrayed as unnaturally good and decent on screen, because most writers are bad at writing realistic women.

So when we finally do see a woman portrayed as merely human, our instinct is to recoil and make assumptions about the writer.

I doubt many of us would not have become pretty intrigued to learn that our one night stand turned out to be somebody notorious.
