I saw this listed as the best Hallmark Christmas movie of 2020 on a website, so I thought that I would give it a go. I can't say that I agree that it was the best, but top 5 for sure. Some of my favourite Broadway actors were in this, so that's a bonus. I also thought that the sound quality in this was pretty good. Some of them, not so much.
shareAgree. I do community theater but don't follow a lot of Broadway people but I knew Aaron from the movie Les Misérables. So I thought seeing them in a movie was cool. there are so many Hallmark releases each year I actually forget what all came out but I would say this was one of my tops. I do prefer the royal movies. hmmm...I think it might be time for Hallmark to look into their own annual award show, haha.
Anyway, I thought this was a really cute movie. I liked the quirky characters like the queen. I really enjoyed the prince. My favorite scene is actually when the girl (blanking on their names, sorry) brings him food and knocks on his door and when he opens it, you see him eating the can of pop corn. It was hilarious after his reaction to the pop corn in the car. so they had some really cute moments in this movie.
