Yeah. As much as it didn’t make sense, I confess I got over the idea of Venom’s origins being changed for his solo movie. If they wanted to make it completely standalone and still make it work, cool. But looking at how things ended up (I personally liked it), not including Spidey in it was unfortunate.

Fingers crossed the wall crawler will show up in the Venom sequel — or vice versa. That is, if this movie still stands a chance at making a profit. If not, then they should rethink things and make the next movie rated R considering Venom vs. Carnage is going to be a thing.

Tom Holland has no control over that actually; in the end he got to appear in a more acclaimed film. That’s for Sony & Marvel to decide. And if it was up to Marvel, I imagine they would have given us a more comic accurate Venom film.

Still thought this film kicked ass.

I am sick of Spiderboy. If they make a sequel, and the great success makes this very likely, they should recast the role, with a real SpiderMAN this time who can stand up to Hardy.

I do not care take the original Spider actor Toby McQuire or the one from TASM, they should look more adult now. Or take somebody who looks the part.
